Mindset Shift number #1:

Sales is definitely a gift.

Selling does not have to be gross. Sales is just an exchange of energy and value. At the end of the day, I am so happy and grateful to give my money to someone or something that is going to serve me well and solve the problem that I want solved.

When we love something and want something, we are happy to pay for it.

I am happy to go to the hair salon and get my hair done because it makes my hair look amazing not looking crazy LOL

I'm also so happy to pay a brand designer to help me create a logo for my brand because they will do it much better than I could!

What you have to offer is a gift. You are serving others by giving them what they need.

It's time for you to recognize that, act like it and live it out.

I would bet that the majority of you right now probably aren't making nearly as much money as you could be, simply because you don't believe what you have is a gift. There is a limiting belief right now that is going on in your mind right now friend, an acquaintance or maybe even somebody online that's made you feel like what you have is not a gift and that's not true.

What you have to offer is a precious gift. And selling what you have to offer is a gift. It's tile for you to act like it.

If you don't believe what you have as a gift, no one else is going to believe it either

Mindset Shift #2:

Work less and play more = to making more

I don't know about you, but I grew up believing that I had to hustle my butt off in order to make money. That the harder I worked, the more money I would make.

Please hear me out here: Do I believe in working hard, yes absolutely I do.

Do I believe that you have to make sacrifices absolutely 💯 %

You are always sacrificing something - BUT I realized that my flesh just wants to work all the time. I only focus on work and advancing my career, I end up having this lack of inspiration and creativity, which ultimately hinders my success.

Play is a good thing and will ignite more inspiration.

I truly believe in the phrase, “work smarter, not harder.”

Work hard, but make sure you're working smart while you are working hard and then add a little bit more adventure and fun to your life.

You'll thank me later.

Find a hobby or an outside passion outside of your business. Obviously, your business is you passion too, but is there a way that you can go out, have fun decompressing for a little bit so you can actually regain that creativity?

For example, I love to dance. I love dancing l, the blue and just dancing in my living room.

I also love reading a lot of faith improvement courses taking courses of new stuff traveling going to coffee shops. I love jet skiing and riding the quad bike on the farm. I think it's really important to find different things that you love to do.

Maybe hiking, going for walks, or pottery. Find different things where you can let some creativity shine, energy out, and can have fun to get those creative juices flowing again.

What is going to happen is those creative juices are going to flow and then you're going to not only have all the ideas, but you're also going to have more energy and confidence showing up online.

That's what people want to see. They want to see your personality and see you come out and shine.

We get so caught up in the things that we have to do that we're not actually enjoying where we are in the present moment and letting the Holy Spirit work through us spending time with HIM and just living for HIM.

It's like we're trying to do all these things for HIM and we're not actually enjoying Him and being with Him.

Play some more and let the Holy Spirit guide you in whatever that us

Mindset Shift #3:

Keep it simple

I came up with this new saying recently: “Simplicity is sexy.”

Making things complicated is the number 1 reason why you're probably not making SD much money as you want to.

Complicating your business is the number 1 way to slow down sales.

Stop trying to do all the things.

I get it…

You are a multi-passionate, high achiever and you're going to have a blog, a book, a podcast, a coaching program, a membership and a digital product, and then going to be a motivational speaker. You want to do all these things, and you will do all the things, But trying to start everything and make it all happen all at once is really overwhelming and it makes things really complicated.

Running a complicated business will make making more money complicated.

So, start with one thing. Build a sustainable and consistent income from that first, and then add the next thing.

It will make things much easier for you because the second that you start complicating it, you will start complicating your income.

So go out there and do the needed moving activities, in your business.

You don't need all the bells and whistles. You need to do the moving activities, these mindset shifts and of course the Holy Spirit.
